I'm puzzled, Sue.

You say this man was a relative, but don't know the details of his NOK.................haven't you found him on census returns?

Thanks Flick, I have access but can only find that he died on 3/11/1918 aged 19 in France, also his regiment and number.

Would you like me to see if there are any records on Ancestry?

Or do you have access yourself?

I have found the name and regiment number of a relative who died in France in ww2. How do I find out his next of kin, and is it possible to get his death certifcate? Many thanks, Sue
