Hi All

This may be a tall order I am looking for decendants of George Gerrard b:1850 Westhoughton, Lancashire, went to USA in 1880 on 26/04/ 1888 he married Emma Coffee in Indianna, USA.
US 1900 Census shows George and Emma Gerrard living in Franklin, Ripley, Indianna George unemployed Occ: Carpenter the census also shows that they had 5 children. I have managed to ID 4 of these children

Fred Gerrard b:1892
George Gerrard b:1894
Helen Gerrard b:1900

Could anyone give me help with websites that I might be able to find information on these children.

Note: George Gerrard was still married to Martha Walker , b: Westhoughton, Lancashire when he went to the USA in 1880 never divorced)

Original says he was born Norwood, Ohio. He was a locomotive fireman.

Someone on Ancestry has left a comment on a tree that has George on:

'Hi my friend , Just to inform you that George was married to a Bolton Lass and had several children when he emigrated to USA . his wife Martha in Bolton drowned herself in 1906 . '

Jugding by the gap between the last two children I would imagine the one that died was between them. The last three are all born in Ohio so might be worth looking into the Ohio state records.

In 1910 Fred was born in Ohio and was also a labourer on a fruit ranch. Parents' places of birth are the same as William's suggesting they were brothers.

Very strange. I have found this 1910 which means the above one is incorrect.
