On the 1901 census, i have Ellen Green born in Battersea London in 1900 , age on census 18 months Living in Hanwell in1901. I cannot find any births for Battersea in the records. There are however other births in other south london boroughs , does anyone know which borough would have covered Battersea at that time .

18 months when 1901 census was taken would mean she was born in 1899

When one checks the 1911 image, Nellie's age is more like 11 than 17

Had she been 17, it is unlikely that she would have been at school
