Hello, can anyone help me with the form for York.

The form asks for
Grant type: Issuing Registry: Grant issue date

Say if I have looking for the will of
Name: William Moreton
Probate Date: 4 Mar 1885
Death Date: 10 Jan 1885
Death Place: Chester, Cheshire, England
Registry: Chester

Then 4 Mar 1885 is the issue date? and the reg is Chester?

Just want to get it right!
Thanks in advance :)

Yes, that's right, but as it was Cheshire it might well be a little cheaper and I think, much quicker, to order from here
