There are some London marriage certs on Ancestry, and some Kent certs on Cityark but apart from that you'll have to buy them.
If you are lucky enough to have Scottish ancestors it's much cheaper - site is Scotlands People.

If you mean view it online then the answer is no. You have to order the certificate via
https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/Login.asp
You have to register, then order online and it takes about a week for the certificate to arrive. The certificate costs about £9.25 and you need to state the full name, year and quarter of BMD, registration district and volume and page number.

After finding someone on the Bmd records is it possible to view the actual BMD certificate? If so, how? Thanks to anyone who can help me.
