I would say that this is Lily's birth registration:-

Name: Lily Bladon
Year of Registration: 1890
Quarter of Registration: Jul-Aug-Sep
District: Cannock
County: Staffordshire
Volume: 6b
Page: 485

The certificate would give her mother's maiden name. You need to know for certain whether it is Waldron or Warner.

It could just be that the marriage reference for Ada to John Bladon has Ada's surname mis-transcribed.

It's just that I can only find a marriage of John Bladon to an Ada Ann Warner, NOT to an Ada Waldron.

Is this the family in the 1901 census:-

Age: 10
Estimated birth year: abt 1891
Relation: Daughter
Father's name: John Bladon
Mother's name: Ada Bladon
Gender: Female
Where born: Cannock
Civil Parish: Cannock
Ecclesiastical parish: Hednesford St Peter
Town: Five Ways
County/Island: Staffordshire
Country: England

If so I think Lily is likely to be your uncle's mother (from checking births and marriages).

Harry is Samuel's brother, therefore Ada's uncle.

Walter is Samuel's nephew, therefore Ada's cousin.
