Hi RutlandBelle,

All I know is the place of death was Mid Eastern, Surrey. Thanks for the tip of the library - I will look into it. I've contacted the North East Crem in the hope they can tell me if she's buried there. And hopefully they will be able to give me more info on her.

But thanks very much for the tip.

Regards, Lou

Have you got some idea of the place of death? I would contact the nearest large library and ask the Local Studies Officer for help.

I have found that many libraries now have web sites and e-mail addresses and many will also give lists of their local history holdings including newspapers

Does anyone know where I might find names of any Mid Eastern, Surrey newspaper's for Obits in 1953 please?

I've tried googling Mid Eastern Newspapers but there is so many of them I can't pinpoint one for Mid Eastern. Can anyone help?

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you in advance for any help you can offer me. I will be very much appreciated.

Regards,
Lou
