Opening trees on GR can sometimes be problematical so it is worth checking a few things if you are experiencing difficulties:-

Use an up to date Browser, IE8 or Firefox 3, for example.
Enable pop-ups for the GR site
Install the latest version of Flash Player
Clear your Internet Cache, otherwise known as Temp Files on a regular basis

There is one tree I can view (MB) but it just has 5 hidden names. then I lost the whole page. Thanks for the tip anyway, will try to remember in futre. Thanks for the tip any way.
With remembering in mind, can you print a thread out without printing the whole logo and contents etc. I find useful things are more useful if they are in print. its old age you know, and I've only just returned to the site after 2 years. maybe it isn't allowed?
Actually I now spend more interesting time reading the boards than doing my research - it's a less frustrating hobby.

Have you tried going on message inbox the clicking "my contacts"? Have just looked and I can see trees as usual.

Why can't I view the trees of people who have 'opened their trees' to me?
There used to be a little box which gave you the trees available where did it go?
