On look at births there's no Highmores born in Oldham after Fanny

I'm trying to find William Frederick Highmore born 1852 aged 59 living Oldham Lancs.
Wife Sarah could be born 1850 aged 61.

William is probably a butcher.
Could I also have confirmation of the number of children
