Viewing Full Tree

When trying to view the full tree of one of my contacts the "Full Tree" page does not provide all information with a message at the bottom left corner of the PC screen "done with errors on page". It does not matter if I try on my PC at home or here in the Office. Can some kind person let me know the problem?

The tree could be too large to display in full tree view. GR do warn of this. How many names are there in it? It is also possible that the tree is corrupted in some way, especially if it is only happening with one of your contacts and not the others.

Personally I never use full tree mode - it only works for small trees as far as I am concerned - preferring immediate family view, switching to Ancestors or Descendants, depending on what it is I am trying to look at.

Thnaks Inspector for your reply - it is appreciated. I have never switched to ancestors etc before so I am learning something new everyday. Bob
