Patricia
It looks as though it has tripped over to the new search page.

Have a look at this
If you open your search page, and look on the right hand side just under the main bar running across the page, in very small writing you should see

"go to old search" if you click on that it will take you back to it, of course you can move between the old and new search.

Hope i have explained it OK

George

Im like you i dont like the new search facilty

I haven't been onto Ancestry for a while but when I have tried it the last couple of days, I see they have changed the Search facility.

Does anyone know if it is possible to revert back to the previous Search system. I liked the fact that I could put name, date and place of birth and death and then find everything on and between those dates would come up. Now, it appears that I must search everything individually.

I really would appreciate any advice. Please forgive me if I 'disapear from post' but I have got really sore eyes and I can't look at my laptop for long (hence my wasting my Ancestry subs) but I will look back to see if anyone has any suggestions.

Thanks a lot, ..........sore, runny eyed Pat
