Hi All
Tahnk you for that,as when I googled it the answer was what we all thought,but it said that in biblical time the generation was counted as 40 years.

Rule of thumb it is usually taken as 30 years. This takes into account that women tend to produce between the ages of 20 and 40.

It's the age when people generally have their children - 15-20 is a bit low, but these days, who knows!

Hi All
i was having a discussion with my husband re the time span of a "generation".
He seemed to think it was 15-20 years I was under the impression it was 25 years.
Does anyone having any ideas what it is meant to be!!!
