you order from anywhere in the world the same way that you do from the UK



the nice thing is that you don't have to add anything for p&p!!

It's no problem, just like paying for anything overseas using a credit card - it comes out of your bank account in local currency

Yes, you just give the GRO your credit card info and the GRO bills the credit co, and they convert it to NZ$ at a mildly unfavourable rate and it shows up on your monthly statement.

Thank you both for your replies.

I meant ordering English certificates requested by someone living in New Zealand.
I wondered about currency conversion, but I guess the site will sort that with the card company?????

Gwyn do you mean buying certs from New Zealand from UK or buying certs from UK from New Zealand.

If someone one from New Zealand wants to buy from UK they use the GRO site and pay by credit card

How does someone in NZ order and pay for birth and death certificates from GRO,please?

I can help with index and general information about ordering, but know nothing about payment cost or method from overseas.

Any help would be most welcome please.
