Can any one help me . I have found 2 Robert Brownings for the right year 1755 in Devon one in Hittisleigh 13 jan the nearest to Ashton where he lived and one from Hemyock mid Devon also 1755 how do i find out hows the right one. Regards Paul

If you follow the Robert in your tree forward, you may be able to find his marriage record and note the witness names.
They could possibly be his siblings?
A check on family search might help to determine this, by looking for the names with the same parents as your Robert..
Although not 100% certain, this method might provide clues for further searching.

You may need to track both Roberts forward, in order to decide which is your one.
