Below is the ladies query. If anyone can help I will pass info on. THANKYOU ALL.
''The man I am looking for - who was my father in law - that I never met - was born 1915 in India - do not know where... but would guess south India - there is a temple of the same name in india - first and surname??? comes up on google....
His name - Anandaperumal Sankar. His fathers name was also the same - (father son cont...)........... He married later in life - in Malaysia............... died in Malaysia 1976....age 61
My husband had moved to England by then.
No idea - why he would go from India to Malaysia - at a guess that would of been between 1915 - 1950
Birth date and the year his first child was born. His wife would of been about 16 years younger. (decesed)
He signed papers in abt 1956 to become naturlised in Malaysia.
He married Nagamal in Malaysia (no records) and they had 8 children. one being my husband.
I have only just found out this information - so it has been a bit of a discovery and a puzzle.
I have tried Malaysia sites - but no feedback .
I know this is a bit of a long shot but any information that someone may have may be well worth it...........
I can't spell his mothers name - looks like lektchmie (sounds like "latchme") Both parents would of been from india. I assume...''
