The only birth record that matched this James as far as I can see means that he was born in Pemberton Wigan . It is really his Father who has caused so much confusion

Member Since: March 2006 Posts: 12 Send Message	I have been researching my paternal line which unfortunately seems to have James as a common forename. I have come to a point where I have 3 men named James all in the right area on the 1841 census. I have disregarded one of them but the other two have me perplexed. Neither married at the time .
