Member Since: March 2003 Posts: 300 Send Message	I downloaded and attached some records to the relevant nameswhich I brought using pay per view and when i came back to look at them they had gone, they are only attached for the lengh of the pay per view voucher, does anybody have a idea what i can do to stop this happening again

	If I remember right,Ancestry do the same. I copy and paste result to the notes box and/or save the result to my computer.

Member Since: March 2006 Posts: 5,276 Send Message	The best thing to do if you pay for any more is to save them to your computer. If you post a request on the trying to find or records board I'm sure someone will find them for you so you won't have to pay again. Christine
