Hello - I have found a family grave that mentions Edmund Fenton, died age 6 in 1922. Can anyone in the community help me with a search of this little boy so that I can tie it into my family tree. He would have been born around 1916 in Hull. Thank you in advance.

For now this is the only Hull/Fenton birth around that time, do you have any more info?

I could only find these on FreeBMD unless Edmund was a middle name - I wondered whether the age had weathered

K - Thank you! Edmund Robson sounds like the one as the name - Robson does crop up in the family tree and it would fit. I will go back and check the grave again for the age.

I wondered if he could be 6 months rather than years

Yes I wondered too. Now I am away from the cemetery I'm beginning to doubt that I read 6 "years". From your information, am I correct in thinking that the birth and death are registered in the same quarter?

Yes - I wonder if it could be 6 weeks or days?

Thank you to everyone, that puts the piece in the puzzle. I had another look at the grave and Edmund lived for just 6 weeks not 6 years as I first thought (grave very worn). Couldn't have done this without your help K. This was my dad's brother that I knew nothing about.
