Can anyone tell me how I can let another Genes member view my tree, this member has not come up as a 'hot match' and I have tried clicking'view other trees with this name' and the name I want is not coming up. Thanks everyone - Viv Bourne End

The viewing of trees has to be done by mutual agreement.

When a member writes to you and shares their tree you will see the word 'Allow' . When you click on this there will be a confirmation on the screen telling you that you are about to share your tree. I hope this helps-jl

If your contact is a Genes member, ask him/her to post to this thread and then click on his/her name and send a PM
