As 1830 was before Civil Registration, you will need to get an extract from the parish records. Archives normally hold them, or a library local to the church.

As you know who, when and where, the library, assuming it has a Family History records, will probably make a copy and send it to you. The cost may vary around the country, but would probably be cost of printing (c 50p per copy) and postage. It is possible that they may make a search charge.

Unless you know the date of baptism, and where, they would have to spend more time searching, which is likely to attract a fee. There is no guarantee that if a record is found, it will give the date of birth.

Regional or County Archives normally charge a fee for searching per 15 mins. You'd need to ask what they charge before they start. Of course, if it is straight forward, they may not charge at all.

You can order films of PR from Family Search Centres (Latter Day Saints) for about £7.50. You'd need to look up the address of your nearest one and contact them. You would then do the searching yourself.

The very cheapest way is to ask if anyone is near to the appropriate archive or Library and will get a copy for you!

If you care to give the names and location perhaps this can be found from some online records.

You cant order wedding certs for pre Sept qtr 1837 when official registration started. What you need to find is the parish record of the marriage. It wont state fathers names though.
Some London parish records are on Ancestry which are from the London Metropolitan Archives parish records collections
