could someone please take a look at this image. i can see it says simon carter and the offence was larceny but can't read what comes after that . looks like Disch?

I've had a quick look & I think it's meant to be discharged ( no ???? ) EDIT may be no Bill

Further down the page is another entry for a Sarah Hart that reads discharged ( no prosecution )
