Can you tell us her name and where she was in 1911 so we can have a look for ourselves?

Edit - Was she in Knighton, Radnorshire? If so then the NEIP is just a mistranscription of the word Miss - you can see this if you look at the actual image. (the old fashioned "sf" instead of a "double s"

I have found a relative in 1911 census and she has Neip in front of her name. Any ideas what it means ?
