No Couper's found so I should think it was Cooper.

Theres over 30 Henry Cooper's born in that period,
You would need more info to place the right one.

i am trying to find my father i think he was born 1931 to 34 or there abouts he came from england somewhere? he was a petty officer with the navy and was based at roysth scotland in 1956 can anyone help
