On some census the place of birth is not always accurate - some people just put the place they are living in at the time??

I have seen a John Williams who lived in Penboyr in one of the censuses but I didn't think it was him as I thought he was born in Llandyfyriog???

Hi, I hope someone out there can help me trace any family I might have???
My father Evan Trevor Jones born 1908 had two brothers -John Jones who died in the first world war and David Jones born1895 in Mountain Ash. I don't know who David married or if he had children. I do know that he was an undertaker possibly in the Cardiganshire area. My grandmother Mary Ann Jones was born in Blaenporth in 1871 or 72 her father's name was John Williams born 1842 in Llandyfryriog - she had one or maybee two brothers, one of which was called David Williams born 1868 and had R.N.R after his name on one census. My grandfather (John Williams) was a Mariner and was married to Mary Williams - don't know more about her.

My great grandparents on my grandfathers side all came from Llandygwydd or Llanfairorllwyn in some censuses. My grandfather was called Evan jones and his father was called David Jones. It says on David Jones census that he was born in Llanfairorllwyn. David Jones had 5 daughters Elizabeth Jones (which I've found out quite a bit about), but found out nothing regarding Sarah Jones born 1865 Llanfairorllwyn, Hannah Jones 1866 Llandygwydd, Anne Jones 1870, and Mary E Jones 1874 Llandygwydd. He also had one son Evan Jones who was my grandfather.

I would appreciate any help I could have on either side of my family. I have no family what so ever and would be keen to find out about my ancestors, who they married etc, so that I can possibly find some family that I might have.
