Looking back at the Baptism details given for Charlotte Colley.......Parents George and Eleanor, i would say then that on the 1861 census her son George "Paddroe" is actually Ell??s (Eleanor) Grandson and Nephew to Charlott's siblings..........Richard, Martha , George and William.

Looking at the 1841 Census, there is a Thomas age 2 who appears age 11 with Robert and Charlotte in the 1851 census. He obviously is not Charlott's son...............It would seem that Robert was married before to Elizabeth who he is with in 1841.

I believe Robert was born c1820 ? Westbury Shropshire. Charlotte was born c1824 but not sure where. They married in 1849 in Montgomery, Shropshire.
