Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has a Kenneth Jackson in their family tree. My Kenneth Jackson worked for at the Royal Ordnance Factory, he was with the Ministry of Defence Police and he lived in Puriton, Somerset. He was still alive in the 1990's and still in Puriton. He was possibly born about 1911but I do not know where.

His Uncle would was John Jackson born 1884/1885 but again I do not know where.

John married in 1910 in Coventry.

Kenneth's Cousin is William Charles John Jackson born January 1911 in Coventry.

Can anyone help please.

The only info I have about Kenneth Jackson is what I have already posted.

A Kenneth Jackson was a cousin of my grandfather William Charles John jackson.

Kenneth's Uncle is John Jackson, my grandfather's father. John jackson must have had a Brother who then had a son who he called Kenneth.

John Jackson and his Brother's father was also called John Jackson.


My Uncle said his father had a relative called Kenneth Jackson. Kenneth cannot be a Nephew because William Charles John Jackson was an only child.

I have got the death certificated of a Kenneth Jackson who died 1997 aged 88 in Somerset, but unfortunately it is not the Kenneth I am looking for.

I know it is all very confusing but unfortunately I have no one who is alive who is old enough who remembers anything.

Therefore any help is very much welcome.

Unfortunately no John Jacksons born in Cheltenham 1883 to 1886.

Have we got the correct 1911 census?

John Jackson who married Mary Alice Stubbs in Coventry 1910 was a Carter at the time of his marriage and his Father John Jackson was a Stone Mason.

On William Charles John Jackson birth certificate it states that his Father John jr is a General Haulier.

On William's marriage certificate in 1929 it states the John jr is a horse dealer.
