Thank you -- I have just found my great-great-grandparents' burials in Romford at the site, 1899 and 1905, at 79 and 74, pretty long-lived for their day.

All records for the five cemeteries and one crematorium managed by Cheshire West and Chester Council in North West England are included on the Deceased Online website.
Of the total 185,000 records, over 65% are available immediately. The only outstanding data are pre-1953 records for Overleigh Cemetery and these should be completed by early Spring.
Records date back to 1850 and feature many interesting burials and memorials. They include nearly 500 Commonwealth war graves in Blacon Cemetery with graves of military personnel from Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other Commonwealth and European countries.
The data include computerised records, digital scans of registers and grave details showing all burials within each grave and maps showing the sections where the graves are located within the cemetery. (See database coverage on www.deceasedonline.com for full details).

Hi, thanks for the links Janet. I think some of my Peterhead ancestors may be on there.

Isn't the Cheshire Overleigh database on Cheshire Record office site already? (free to use) I found a few relatives here:

Thank you for giving the details for what is on the register scan at Eltham. As 6 of our grandparents (his and mine) were cremated there, I wondered if it was worth splashing the cash. ;-)

33,000 more burial records for
the City of Aberdeen May 2012

I'm delighted to inform you that we've just added more burial records to the Deceased Online website for Scotland's third city, Aberdeen.

The key features are:

A little under 33,000 burial records dating between January 1830 and November 1904 for St Peter's Churchyard in Aberdeen
We already have 105,000 burial records for this old Aberdeen churchyard (and later cemetery) so the total number of records available is now approximately 138,000. We estimate that there are at least 10,000 more burial records for St Peter's and we hope to have these on Deceased Online soon
There are now nearly 232,000 burial records for Aberdeen City on Deceased Online
The latest records comprise burial register scans and grave details
Within the next 2-3 months, we will be adding cemetery section maps for St Peter's which indicate the section of the cemetery where graves are located
