hi

Does anyone have any experience with Italian research? I'm not sure where to go for census records ?

Thanks.

I've no idea either!

But if you try this site as a portal, you may find some information to help you on your way.

www.cyndislist.com

You could also do a search for Italian or Anglo-Italian family history societies. There are number of results which may be of use.

On this link, it suggests that census records are normally kept in the State archive for each province

Hope you find some useful information.
