workhouse records! please help! x

hi an ancestor of mine got sent to a workhouse. she was Emily Ellen Wells (nee Smart) she is last seen in the 1911 census living in norwich.

Does anyone know how i can find out a) lists of nearby workhouses and b) how to get hold of the records?
