I havent heard back from them yet. I also have to keep signing in as well, and have to wait so long to get onto next page or dont let me at all.

Thanks to all who have responded. Just needed the reassurance that I wasn't alone-clearly not! Like you, PigletsPal and Janet, I too am constantly having to sign in. No danger of me forgetting my password now.

I'm having to sign in every time and now I can't open the 1901 census but all the others work ok.-jl

Hi Everyone

I also think the whole site is very slow to load and add to compaired to my searching of other sites

If something is not broken why try to fix it ?

Just leave it alone !! PLEASE !!. :-( :-S

The recent problems have been caused by a migration to new servers. As you can tell, we are still ironing out some of the issues.

Me too, ever since Sunday lunchtime.
I'm getting the "essential maintenance" error message when I try to access my tree either via 'Go To My tree' on the Home page, or via the Family Tree tab.
But I discovered I can reach my tree via the Hot Matches tab. Not ideal but it's a way in.

Just received a response from the GR Support Team saying: Your registration appears to be working correctly now" and telling me how to alter my personal details. But that's not the issue, and nothing has changed anyway.

Over the past two days I've been having difficulty getting onto to the site. There's a message saying site undergoing necessary maintenance. I get in through clicking on personal email messages though. Is anyone else experiencing this difficulty?
