Printing part-trees

Is there a way of printing my tree in two parts - say the maternal side and paternal side ?

Printing the whole is becoming very bulky.

I tried the descendants or ancestor lists but they just do the direct line.

Any advice greatly appreciated

Hi Peter,

I've just download the software for "family historian"

it's free to download and use for 30 days

I've just created two charts with it, one for me and one for my husband .I then saved them to my virtual printer for printing later, also saved to PDF and sent the copy of my side to my sisters

I think you would be able achieve what you want with it

Hi,

Great - sounds very promising
I'll try both.

Many thanks Peter
