Problem with viewing tree

Hello,
Can anyone help me please? I have five siblings which can be viewed on the immediate section of my family tree but when I click on the full tree, only the direct line ancestor is shown and his four siblings { which were added at a later time } are missing. Is there anything I can do to resolve the problem?

You probably need to contact the technical support at genes.

Are you 100% sure they are 'missing'?

Have you navigated across the screen to check?

It's easy to forget to do so...............
