Neither can I and haven't been able to for over a week, have emailed GR twice got a response to the first saying use IE8 should be ok haven't got it and am not going to go backwards the only going backwards I do is on the family tree. ;-)

EDIT: Just pinched my sons laptop which has IE8 on it and the tree will load on that but I can't use it that much because he needs to use it.

I can't get my tree either everything else seems to be working but it will not show my tree or how many family members I have on tree Just a blank page

On the suggestions board it has been said that if you are using IE9 some problems can be fixed by switching Compatibility View. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/956197 for how to do that.

Mines gone too.

I have just gone to FAQ and entered my own Question or rather complaint ! .

Hope I get a reply soon as I have wasted the last 3 hrs unable to do any work on my tree .
I'm very annoyed with GR

It was working this morning ...Grrrrr :-S
