Note the 1920 census clearly says Albert was born in Pennsylvania, not the state of Delaware. In 1910, they were all in Philadelphia (23rd ward), and in 1920 in Delaware Co PA. It's quite plausible that Albert was born in Delaware Co, Pennsylvania.
Delaware Co is the next Co to the SW of Philadelphia Co.

Help wanted please for 1920 census for Upper Chichester Delaware Pennsyvania, my ancester Walter Greenwood was born 1881 Halifax, he married 1901 Keighley Yorkshire, I have seen a tree on Ancestry which may be this person but don't have Ancestry World Wide to check.
Details are:
Walter Greenwood born 1881 Halifax, he married Mary Ann Atkinson in 1901 Keighley.
The year of immigration was 1907 and apparently is noted on the passenger list 1800-1945. he was a Boot and Shoemaker by trade and his father was called Sam Greenwood also a Boot and Shoe Maker. Children are mentioned:
Hilda Greenwood born 1902 England
Allen Greenwood born 1905 England
Robert H born 1911 Pennsylvania
Albert born 1915 Delaware.
Any help will be gratefully recieved.
