I am looking at the 1841 census william haywood b.1786 staffordshire, location in 1841 Stone. his occupation I think says M.S. could this be man servant, has anyone come across this before.

frequent abbreviation for male servant

F.S = female servant

each sometimes qualified as indoor or outdoor
