Thanks Jimmy Cricket. It's accepted "COMPLETE"

But why give you 3 to 50 characters if it won't accept more than 8.....? :-S

It doesn't take much to confuse me at the best of times, lol. :-D

Next problem - I've tried to edit the title by adding "COMPLETED THANKS" but got a red error message to say must be between 3 and 50 characters.

What am I doing wrong? :-S

What am I like? No, don't answer that, lol. :-D

I guessed there must be an edit button somewhere, but I can't find it.

I can see Add Reply/Watch/Search/Preview/Submit but not Edit.

Perhaps I can't see wood for trees?
It's probably somewhere quite obvious and I've missed it. :-S

Go to My threads, bring up the thread and click on the edit button.

You can edit the title as well as the contents of the thread

I have seen suggestions that when a question is answered, the OP should go back to the thread and amend the title to indicate that it's completed.

I can't see how to do it. Can someone tell me please?

Thanks
