Post Office workers records now on Ancestry

Records of Post Office workers dating back to 1737 have been published online for the first time. The list, published on family history website Ancestry.co.uk, shows the vital role of women in the history of the postal service. It also lists 3,000 men called Pat who worked for Royal Mail over the years. More here:

If anyone has access to these records I would be grateful if they can tell me what they say about my mother, Brenda Newall, who worked at Warrington Post Office during World War 2.
