Help!!

I am trying to track down my Great great grandmother's birth certificate so we can trace her parents and siblings.

We believe she was born in New York between 1880 and 1882, we just can't find the information online! Her parents are British!

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You can search 1900-1930 US census (but only view 1900 images) at:

The 1890 was almost completely destroyed in a fire.

I think the FS site has NY births.

Clearly Joney is a mistranscription of Jersey, and Newark is in NJ, abt 15km from NY city.
