HELP PLEASE Problem with family tree

Hi can any one help i have a few family members in my tree who have married into the same family EXAMPLE ---- Hannah Shaw married into the Knaggs family there child Mary Jane Knaggs married her cousin her mothers older brothers son George Shaw but i have them in my tree allready i dont want to double up on names is there away i can conect them without puting the same infomation twice ? i have the same problem with the Shaw & Richardson & shaw & Durham there must be away i can conect the family without puting the same infomation twice any help would be great its driving me mad Kind Regards Stu :-(

You can't do it on the Genes tree but if you have a Family Tree software program on your computer you can usually add the people on there and then export it to Genes as a Gedcom.

Failing this I think if you contact Genes Support they can do it for you.

i thought of doing what you said & exporting a new Gedcom but i am sure i will loose all my photos as they dont inport or export do they ? is there any program or software which will do as i want do you know if this is a comon problem with making family trees its very frustrateing
