Chris,

please do NOT repost this query to the Find Ancestors Board. IGP is correct in saying that that is where it should have gone to in the first place, but people have spent their time looking up for you on this thread and if you repost, other people may well spend their time looking for what has already been posted.

Just remember in the future to ask for look ups on the Find Ancestors board and to use this board for general queries.
