Perhaps its a presentation chart where all the details come from yourself and *not* a researched linage that she has done the research on for you? no one could ever do a full comprehensive proved tree for that silly money. which is just over the cost of 3 verified certificates.!!

It maybe a tree programe on CD but you have to do all the work to fill it in,!

If she is going to do it for £35 then sounds like she wont be buying certs to verify her findings. How are you going to know what she gives you is correct .

Perhaps I am being cynical. :-(

Don't do that until you have tried us out - for free! If you haven't already done so, why not make a start? Take a line in your family you are struggling with and tell us how far back you have got with certainty - your grandparents' marriage for example.
Don't give up, we all have to start somewhere.

Hi everyone, i am such a novice and have got quite disheartened with it all, i really do not know what i am doing have any of you used the Family tree people on ebay, (people who will do your tree for you?) one lady will do a tree for £35 and am thinking of giving it a go any thoughts
