Hi - is there a quick and easy way to add a line of descendents or ancestors from someone else's tree or do I ahve to copy and paste individually. Also is there a way to have 2 trees open at the same time
Thanks

To have more than one tree open just right click on "my tree"

Hi Wendy,

It's always recommended that you just don't copy names without checking that they are correct first. Many places had families with the same names etc.

I learnt that lesson after copying someone's tree and it was totally wrong. It took ages to put it all right.

Always verify that you have the correct family first.....you may need certificates and so on to prove things.
