problems with g r tonight

Sometimes this kind of site can be a victim of its own success. Large numbers of searchers logging on at the same time, especially a weekend time or a public holiday.
This problem isn't resolved much by the fact that we are all situated world wide. It is something that the website itself has to keep up with I think. Generally find that ancestry & Family Search can be slow at times as well.
I do my paperwork at the same time.

Finding it very slow, thought it was my puter.......but all other sites loading OK.

Painfully slow today - waited ages for some response - played Solitaire in the gaps!! :-S

The site did seem slow last night for me but is ok today. My tree is loading within five seconds which is pretty reasonable.

However, the GR tree load can be fickle at times. Clearing your browser cache first can very often help it along.

I am finding the site especially trying to view my tree extremely slow, if not impossible. Other sites load as normal. :-(

is any one else having probs very very slow when lookingat the boards absolute stand still at imes moving between boards on its own
