Afternoon all

I'm wondering if anyone know of a way of finding out what someone may have been doing for a job between census.

I have a 15yr old who died in Scotland in 1907 from Cardiac Dilation Pulmonary Congestion.

I'm trying to work out how he would have ended up dying from this i.e. was he have born with a heart problem, was it caused by illness or was it the result of a job.

If anyone can shed light on where I could look it would be very helpful.

Thanks
Gypsyjoe :-)

personally I would say it was an inborn or congenital heart defect which nowadays would be treated with medication or surgery

Thanks RutlandBelle.

It makes me wonder considering I don't know of any other family members to have heart problems that is until now with my niece having a heart murmer.
