kath yes you are right,found them in lightwood st (they are my mums family)
but found out later that my dad was born in 57 lightwood st in 1941.
i remember going to see my nan in lightwood st in the 60s.how very strange.x :-)

a member of genes contacted me about sarah,and because i had not done research on that branch of the family for some time, i had to trawl through my records,found some research but not all of it,it was good to find out where billinge was because i had no idea. thank you so much.x :-)

yes it is margeret sparks,mother of my g g grandmother sarah.she was living with sarah and her husband john lambert in the 1901 census being born in billinge,ive never heard of that name before. did anyone get her in the 1891 census?dont know much about the sparks family,it was the lamberts that sarah married into that was mine.x

Can you give the name and year of birth so we can have a look - it might be a mistranscription?

EDIT - Is it Margaret Sparks? The image definitely looks like Billaige but I think the enumerator might have misheard the place name.
