Why would the date GR started make any difference. If the person died in 1971 he/she did'nt add the name

Yes, it was November 2002 and called GenesConnected but changed to GenesReunited in 2004 I think - with a lot of people not happy about the change of name!! Some things never change do they? :-)

2nd November 2002..and then called Genes Connect.and became Genes Reunited in 2004 and since under gone a few site changes,,,,,,,my first membership as GC was £5 per year in DEC 2002!

Other sources seems to indicate the actual launch date was May 2003.

Does anyone know when Genes Reunited first came on line.

I was researching a person who died in 1971 but someone of the same name posted that person using the same name. Just wondered when the first possible posting could have been?
