Hi I have a platinum membership and am considering whether to renew again at the platinum level when my membership is due again on the 18th October. Could someone please advise me how I would downgrade my membership and how much it would cost please? I have had my renewal details but it only refers to renewing at the same level and I can't work out how to change it. Also would I lose any of the census records I have already saved to my tree, or would it just prevent me from saving further census records? |

Their is a help menu at the top of the page, clickon FAQ's then Subscriptions then downgrade Subscriptions |
