can some kind person tell how to find out if my uncle James Joseph Tudor who died in 1997 letf a will any help would be wellcome thanks Pam :-) :-)

I think the different offices have their own system of access, but I was recently able to go into the Winchester office, without an appointment and check whether a Will had gone to Probate.

Not all Wills need to go to probate though, so this doesn't fully answer whether or not there was a Will.
