Hi,

Hope someone can help me with this please.

Does anyone know if the Marked as Answered tick can be reversed?

I am helping someone who has ticked it by mistake but help is still required.

Lynski - yes, it can.

The poster will have a purple button at the top (we can't see it) which says "Mark as Unanswered" - they need to click that.
