I have just realized that some BMD's on GR are free too. I have just accessed and viewed the GRO index for my own birth record.

With Standard Membership you can still search, and see what is out there, but you can't get further than the list of results.

Carol, perhaps you are putting in too much information. These searches are not like Google which looks for anything that matches some of your search data, they need absolutely everything to match so one bit of data that is wrong you get nothing back.

Less is often better and you can always narrow down if you get too many results.

Depends on what subs you have i think . If you have standard membership then you dont have access to the BMD,s etc

I have just re registered with genes reunited everytime i enter a search of records i get no result ,yet i have some certificates in my possesion so i know they are out there ?whats wrong!!!!!!! :-(
